As we age, there are steps we can take to help ensure our bodies—including our brains—remain as strong as possible. We offer a variety of resources to help you stay healthy and maintain your independence as you age.
Memory Screenings
For those concerned about memory loss, a memory screening can be a valuable first step to understanding your situation. Our screenings are confidential, one-on-one sessions with a trained professional that typically take about an hour. Each session includes short activities and a conversation. A screening will not generate a diagnosis—however, it can provide reassurance, a thoughtful conversation, and direct you to next steps.
