Stacey Stein (she/her) is an operations, strategy and policy leader with over 20 years of experience in the non-profit healthcare and social services sectors, helping organizations balance mission and financial sustainability. As Associate Director of Operations for Seniors At Home, Stacey’s leadership philosophy reflects her commitment to data-informed decision making, cross-functional collaboration, transparent communication, and advancing health equity and client centered care. She leads with empathy and high expectations, building long-standing relationships by seeing the whole person and creating accountable, supportive spaces where individuals and teams can thrive.
Prior to joining Seniors At Home, Stacey served as Vice President of Clinical Operations at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) where she oversaw large-scale clinical services and programs, drove strategic growth and infrastructure initiatives, and participated in statewide collaboratives to enhance geriatric and age-friendly care models.
Inspired by our mission to support individuals and families across all stages of life, Stacey is proud to promote the health and independence of seniors across the Bay Area. Originally from the East Coast, Stacey enjoys spending time with her family cooking (and eating!), reading, doing jigsaw puzzles and playing with her two cats.
