Rebecca Paul, Esq., is the Director of Fiduciary Services at Jewish Family and Children’s Services. She has served in her role for over 13 years, working with the dedicated Fiduciary Department team of licensed Fiduciaries and others with backgrounds in business, tax, and banking, to act on behalf of JFCS when it is named as the legal representative in a Trust, Estate, Power of Attorney and when appointed as Conservator. Rebecca Paul is a licensed attorney with more than 35 years of experience. Prior to working at JFCS, she practiced in the San Francisco Bay Area advocating on behalf of seniors and their families in Elder Law matters and Physical and Financial Elder Abuse cases as well as individuals injured or harmed in personal injury, medical malpractice, employment, and other cases. In her free time, she enjoys her family and friends and hiking, reading, and spending time with her two dogs.
