Miki Lamm serves as Director of Seniors At Home, bringing both professional depth and personal connection to her work with older adults.
Trained as a administrative social worker and community organizer, Miki has built her career across the continuum of aging services—including leadership as the Executive Director of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, Social Services Director in Skilled Nursing and Sub-Acute facilities, and as a Geriatric Care Manager. This breadth of experience gives her a unique perspective on the challenges older adults and their families face, as well as the opportunities to improve care and quality of life. Her commitment to this field is also deeply personal. Raised with her grandfather, a Holocaust survivor, and a mother who worked in the medical field, Miki grew up with a profound respect for resilience, caregiving, and dignity in later life. Today, she leads with that same perspective—dedicated to ensuring that older adults receive not only the care they need, but also the respect, compassion, and sense of belonging they deserve.
Outside of work, Miki enjoys discovering new cultural experiences through travel, food, and music.
