Jon Feldman serves as Director, Strategic Partnerships for Seniors At Home on the Peninsula. Prior to joining the team, Jon worked in development and partnership management roles for many mission-driven organizations including the American Cancer Society, the Jewish Community Relations Council, the American Jewish Committee and Fair Trade USA – the nonprofit social venture responsible for fair trade certification in the United States. Jon was also on the Northern California field marketing team for Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.
Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Jon received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. His early work experience includes serving on the staff of a member of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Jon brings a deep commitment to senior care, inspired by his personal experience coordinating care for his parents and by the guidance and support he and his family have received from many dedicated senior care professionals.
