Anacristina is the Director of the Conservatorship Program and enjoys her work with the culturally diverse group of clients that make-up the program. She has been with Jewish Family and Children’s Services for 19 years, starting out as a Care Manager before transitioning into the Conservatorship Program. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from UC Davis and her Master’s in Gerontology from San Francisco State University.
Anacristina has great respect for the legal, ethical, medical, and cultural factors that need to be considered when caring for clients and making decisions. She is bilingual and her Spanish skills are helpful when working with Conservatorship clients who have families in Spain, Mexico, El Salvador, and Guatemala.
Anacristina serves Conservatorship clients in San Francisco, Marin, Contra Costa, Sacramento and Placer Counties and is also a Care Manager in the Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care (DPOAHC) Program. She takes great satisfaction from how she and her colleagues at Jewish Family and Children’s Services are able to provide clients with so many services and types of support, often at a time when clients are facing very personal struggles or dealing with worldwide events.
