Please join us for this presentation about solo aging, hosted by Next Village SF in partnership with Seniors At Home. The featured speaker will be Kate Blank, LCSW, Clinical Care Manager and Therapist with Seniors At Home.

A Solo Ager is anyone, single or partnered, who does not have adult children or supportive family members nearby. In this presentation, you’ll learn about what Solo Agers should consider as they plan for their future. Topics will include health and safety, emotional wellness, financial considerations and long-term planning. 

This in-person event is free and registration is required. This event will be held near Aquatic Park in San Francisco; the exact address will be provided after registration.

SPEAKER

Kate Blank, LCSW, Clinical Care Manager and Therapist, Seniors At Home

Kate holds an MSW from Arizona State University. While in graduate school, she began working with survivors of domestic violence and passionately pursued that work for over 6 years. Kate worked at a hospital in the Bay Area with individuals of all ages, from varying backgrounds, who had complex medical issues. She joined the Seniors At Home team in 2015 and relishes the opportunity to work closely with her clients and provide ongoing support and advocacy for them. Kate has shared her knowledge and experience with the community by presenting on topics related to aging.
