Memory Cafe in San Francisco

Tuesday, May 28 @ 1:00pm3:00pm

Free

Accompany us to Ruth’s Table. Special guest facilitator Aaron Colverson, PhD in Ethnomusicology, will lead a music-making session and share some of his research for the Curious Minds program at Ruth’s Table. Enjoy violin music while singing along to familiar tunes from the past.

Caring for a loved one with memory loss doesn’t have to be a lonely job. Memory Cafe is a gathering for people experiencing mild to moderate memory loss and their caregivers (spouses, family members, or friends). Enjoy time with your loved one and meet others who are dealing with similar issues in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Memory Cafe meets on many Tuesdays in San Francisco at different locations. Participants must be accompanied by their caregiver.

Please RSVP in advance to Amy Takemoto by emailing her at: MemoryCafe@jfcs.org.
