Dr. Catherine Madison, Seniors At Home staff neurologist, will be presenting as part of the Senior Adults program at Calvary Presbyterian Church in San Francisco.
Aging brings natural changes to the brain, but with the right strategies you can overcome obstacles that may develop and stay sharp and focused. Discover how to adapt to these changes, boost cognitive resilience and maintain mental clarity through lifelong learning and healthy lifestyle strategies. Dr. Madison will discuss practical tips to support brain health, including being physically active, eating healthy brain-boosting foods, managing stress, and staying socially connected.
This in-person event will be held at Calvary Presbyterian Church in San Francisco and is open to all. If this will be your first time attending their Senior Adults program, they ask you to please arrive early to register. Soup and salad lunch follow ($5 suggested donation for lunch.)

Dr. Catherine Madison, Neurologist, Seniors At Home
Dr. Madison is a board-certified neurologist who specializes in dementia care. She envisioned and developed the Ray Dolby Brain Health Center at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. Dr. Madison helps Seniors At Home clients with cognitive impairment and their families as they navigate the practical elements of long term planning with a dementia diagnosis.
