Aging brings natural changes to the brain, but with the right strategies you can overcome obstacles that may develop while staying sharp and focused. Discover how to adapt to these changes, boost cognitive resilience and maintain mental clarity through lifelong learning and healthy lifestyle strategies. Dr. Madison will discuss practical tips to support brain health, including being physically active, eating healthy brain-boosting foods, managing stress, and staying socially connected.

Dr. Catherine Madison, Neurologist, Seniors At Home

Dr. Madison is a board-certified neurologist who specializes in dementia care. She envisioned and developed the Ray Dolby Brain Health Center at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. Dr. Madison helps Seniors At Home clients with cognitive impairment and their families as they navigate the practical elements of long term planning with a dementia diagnosis.
