A Unique Approach to In-Home Dementia Care
Our approach to dementia and memory care centers on the strengths and abilities of each individual in our care. We provide customized dementia care plans designed to support quality of life, help prevent fluctuations in mood and behavior, and honor the unique identity of every client.
Support for Loved Ones
When a loved one has dementia, it can often be a challenging adjustment for the whole family. Through one-on-one consultations, local events and ongoing support, we give families the education, encouragement, and practical tools they need to navigate the path ahead.
“I have no words to properly express how grateful I am for everything the Center for Dementia Care has done for my father and for me. Thank you for your patience, kindness and support.”
All Seniors At Home caregivers are trained in memory care, and our team provides ongoing, one-on-one support to caregivers in the homes of those experiencing memory loss.

Neurological consultations and evaluations
Dr. Catherine Madison
Neurological consultations and evaluations are conducted by Dr. Catherine Madison, neurologist for Seniors At Home. Dr. Madison received her medical degree from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri, and completed residency training in neurology at George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, D.C. After serving eight years in the Air Force, she returned to California to care for her mother, who was living with Alzheimer’s disease. This personal family journey deepened her interest in helping others facing a similar life-changing diagnosis.
