Through the Seniors At Home Center for Dementia Care, our experts provide specialized in-home support for people experiencing Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, as well as practical and emotional support for their families.

Our Center for Dementia Care is comprised of social workers/care managers, trained caregivers, and a neurologist.

We build customized dementia care plans to support quality of life and honor the unique identity of every client with dignity and compassion. We have an extensive list of services for dementia home care.

A Unique Approach to In-Home Dementia Care

Our approach to dementia and memory care centers on the strengths and abilities of each individual in our care. We provide customized dementia care plans designed to support quality of life, help prevent fluctuations in mood and behavior, and honor the unique identity of every client.

Support for Loved Ones

When a loved one has dementia, it can often be a challenging adjustment for the whole family. Through one-on-one consultations, local events and ongoing support, we give families the education, encouragement, and practical tools they need to navigate the path ahead.

All Seniors At Home caregivers are trained in memory care, and our team provides ongoing, one-on-one support to caregivers in the homes of those experiencing memory loss.

Skyview Day Club

Skyview Day Club is virtual and open to individuals all along the memory loss spectrum. Participants enjoy exceptional daytime programming in a warm and welcoming online community.

The program runs from 10 a.m. to noon, Monday to Friday.

Family Caregiver Support Group

Caring for an adult with memory loss can be challenging. Our group allows participants to share experiences and ask questions while receiving emotional support, information, and resources. Facilitated by a professionally trained moderator.

Meetings are online every Thursday from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm. They are free and are open to anyone caring for a family member with dementia or memory loss.

Dr. Catherine Madison
Neurological consultations and evaluations are conducted by Dr. Catherine Madison, neurologist for Seniors At Home. Dr. Madison received her medical degree from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri, and completed residency training in neurology at George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, D.C. After serving eight years in the Air Force, she returned to California to care for her mother, who was living with Alzheimer’s disease. This personal family journey deepened her interest in helping others facing a similar life-changing diagnosis.
