DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Thirty-Seventh Annual Marin Senior Fair and explore different resources and services for seniors and their families\, and enjoy hands on activities\, live entertainment\, dancing\, food\, a quilt show and photography by Marin photographers. \nCaring for a loved one with memory loss doesn’t have to be a lonely job. Memory Cafe is a gathering for people experiencing mild to moderate memory loss and their caregivers (spouses\, family members\, or friends). Enjoy time with your loved one and meet others who are dealing with similar issues in a supportive and welcoming environment. \nMemory Cafe meets on many Thursdays in Marin at different locations. Participants must be accompanied by their caregiver. \nRSVP in advance by emailing Amy Takemoto at: MemoryCafe@jfcs.org. \nAbout this outing: Free parking is available at the Marin Center Exhibit Hall located behind the Marin Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium. Signage will direct you to the back parking lot. Additional parking is available on the freeway side of the Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium\, with shuttle service to the Fair entrance. \nWe will meet in front of the Marin Center Exhibit Hall. \nMemory Cafe in Marin is sponsored by the JFCS Marin Donor Circle.
