Discover how to adapt to these changes\, boost cognitive resilience and maintain mental clarity through lifelong learning and healthy lifestyle strategies. Dr. Madison will discuss practical tips to support brain health\, including being physically active\, eating healthy brain-boosting foods\, managing stress\, and staying socially connected.   \nThis in-person event will be held at Calvary Presbyterian Church in San Francisco and is open to all. If this will be your first time attending their Senior Adults program\, they ask you to please arrive early to register. Dr. Madison helps Seniors At Home clients with cognitive impairment and their families as they navigate the practical elements of long term planning with a dementia diagnosis.
