Even the most independent seniors need an occasional helping hand. Seniors At Home Concierge Care provides support for older adults who want help coordinating and performing daily tasks around their home—allowing them to continue living at home safely and comfortably, and letting family members focus less on troubleshooting issues for their older parents and more on enjoying time together as a family.
Our concierges are available on a short-term basis or for ongoing support, and are also able to assist seniors who are experiencing physical or cognitive changes.
How Can We Help You?
Our concierges are available in shifts starting at four hours and can help with many tasks. Our team will work with you and your family to determine your needs, then match you with a concierge who can simplify your life. Concierges can help with:
- Basic technical support including printer setup and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Personal calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Household tasks (for example: changing batteries in smoke detectors, replacing lightbulbs)
- Organizational projects
- Coordinating other household services, such as home repairs or cleaning
- Pet care
- Running errands
Concierges are responsible, resourceful, attentive, warm, and experienced in working with older adults. They are supported by a multidisciplinary team of professionals from Seniors At Home, which has over 40 years of experience caring for the senior community.
Our concierges are Seniors At Home employees; we handle all responsibilities including taxes, insurance, training, and scheduling. We provide services in San Francisco, the Peninsula, and Marin and Sonoma Counties.
