Rebecca Paul is a licensed attorney of over 30 years. Prior to joining JFCS as the Director of Fiduciary Services, she practiced in the San Francisco Bay Area representing seniors and their families in Elder Law matters and Physical and Financial Elder Abuse cases as well as individuals injured or harmed in personal injury, medical malpractice, employment and other cases. Over the years, Ms. Paul has been involved on numerous legal and community Boards and committees.

Michelle L. Barnett, Esq.
Ms. Barnett joined Aaron, Riechert, Carpol & Riffle, APC in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Barnett earned her J.D. at Brooklyn Law School where Ms. Barnett graduated Cum Laude.

Ms. Barnett provides estate planning services to meet her clients’ wealth transfer and tax goals, including the preparation of revocable living trusts, wills, financial powers of attorney, and advance health care directives, and advises clients on all aspects of trust, probate and conservatorship administrations.She focuses her practice on trust, probate and conservatorship litigation, representing both individuals and professional fiduciaries in a wide range of litigated matters.
